Job Overview Ebenezer is looking for a Cook/Chefto join our team at Martin Luther Care Center. This position is responsible for preparing and cooking meals as assigned using standardized recipes to meet established culinary standards of high quality care. Culinary position will platefood for optimal eye appeal to entice food consumption by our residents in our Senior Living Community located in Bloomington, MN. This full-time culinary services position includes: 80 hours per two weeks Day/evening/night shift Every other weekend Martin Luther Care Center, part of the Martin Luther Senior Living Campus is located in East Bloomington, near woodlands/wetlands and along the Minnesota River Bluffs. Managed by Ebenezer, we offer 137 units between our Skilled Nursing, Memory Care and Transitional Care. We have an outstanding team of tenured staff. The only thing missing is YOU! Martin Luther Care Center was named Top Nursing Home and Transitional Care Center by US News and World Reports the past two years. Responsibilities: Preparation of meals by following standardized recipes Handles and prepares food in a safe manner following policies and infection control and safety standards.
