To drive product growth in a remote full-time capacity, the Director of Product Growth will manage the activation and expansion paths for contractors, lead a cross-functional Growth team, and enhance the self-serve experience while reporting to the CPO. Key responsibilities Orchestrate the hybrid motion with Sales by identifying product signals for sales conversations and creating playbooks to convert these signals into pipeline Drive activation and expansion by owning the in-product experience for new contractors and designing loops for deeper adoption and retention Grow self-serve revenue by managing the self-serve motion across transactional and subscription products, focusing on Measure+ and in-product upgrades Required qualifications 8 to 12+ years of product growth experience in B2B SaaS, with vertical SaaS experience being a strong plus Proven experience building a hybrid product-led and sales-led motion Strong instincts for activation and expansion, with a focus on user journey design that improves time-to-value and retention Experience with both transactional and subscription revenue models Fluency in growth metrics such as activation rate, adoption, and expansion revenue, along with experience using tools like Amplitude and HubSpot
