Entry-Level Traffic Flagger - No Experience Needed

Looking for steady work and a chance to get into the construction industry? We're hiring Traffic Flaggers throughout the Reading, PA area .

Paid training is provided, and no previous experience is required.

Pay: $16/hr to start, increase to $18/hr after 6 months

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM start, end time varies based on when work is completed

• Direct traffic through active work zones
• Set up signs and traffic control devices
• Help keep job sites safe for workers and motorists
• Work alongside construction and utility crews

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Reading, PA.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
