We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Order Entry Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing high-volume customer orders into our ERP system in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate possesses strong data entry skills, excellent attention to detail, and clear communication abilities to ensure daily processing deadlines are met.

Schedule & Pay Rate

• Pay Rate: $19.50 / hour (plus potential overtime)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday , 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Saturdays as needed)
• Long Term

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter high-volume customer orders into the ERP/order management system.
• Review customer purchase orders and order requests for completeness, accuracy, pricing, quantities, and special shipping instructions.
• Identify and resolve order discrepancies or conflicting information prior to processing.
• Maintain high levels of data entry speed, accuracy, and productivity.
• Communicate effectively with Customer Service, Sales, Production, Shipping, and other departments regarding order requirements.
• Update and maintain organized electronic and physical customer and order documentation.
• Protect confidential customer and company information.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in order entry, data entry, or customer service (experience entering orders in an ERP/order management system is strongly preferred).
• Skills: Strong computer, keyboarding, and 10-key skills with high accuracy.
• Organization: Excellent time-management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Work Style: Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
