Personal Assistant – High-Net-Worth Private Household

Location: Beverly Hills, CA

About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced, highly organized, and resourceful Personal Assistant to support a successful high-net-worth entrepreneur and family in Beverly Hills.

This is a hands-on position for a polished, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced private household environment. The ideal candidate has extensive experience supporting high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, or celebrities and is comfortable managing a wide range of personal, household, scheduling, and travel responsibilities.

The position is based at the principal's private residence and requires exceptional discretion, flexibility, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage complex personal and professional calendars, including appointments, meetings, dinners, medical appointments, and personal engagements.
• Coordinate extensive domestic and international travel, including commercial and private aviation, accommodations, transportation, and detailed itineraries.
• Handle personal correspondence, including telephone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Provide day-to-day personal assistance to the principal and spouse.
• Oversee household staff and coordinate daily operations of the Beverly Hills residence.
• Manage household needs, including dry cleaning, prescriptions, supplies, deliveries, returns, and vendor coordination.
• Support administrative and office operations, ensuring schedules, supplies, and daily activities run efficiently.
• Coordinate with external accounting professionals regarding credit card expenditures, invoices, and household-related expenses.
• Anticipate needs, resolve issues independently, and manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding personal, family, and financial matters.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience as a Personal Assistant supporting high-net-worth individuals, celebrities, entrepreneurs, or private households.
• Fluency in both Spanish and English is required.
• Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, household operations, and extensive travel arrangements.
• Experience coordinating private aviation strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with household staff, vendors, and external service providers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Apple applications, Dropbox, and familiarity with Crestron systems.
• Exceptional attention to detail, follow-through, and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional, adaptable, and comfortable managing changing priorities.
• Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.
• Flexibility to accommodate occasional evening or weekend responsibilities and calls outside standard business hours.
