Truity Partners, LLC is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to support high-volume hiring and onboarding for a manufacturing environment. This role is a 4 to 6 month , full-time contract based in Oak Creek, WI , with 100% onsite work. Role Overview In this position, you will manage recruiting for production and skilled roles, coordinate end-to-end candidate processes, and collaborate closely with operations leaders to maintain ongoing staffing coverage. You will also work with staffing agencies to support production hiring and candidate conversions.
